Usually you can find my cousin Aaron and his partner Ashley working hard in their business in the small town of Allora on the southern Darling Downs.
So it was no surprise that they chose to keep their wedding local (except for the celebrant of course!) and support other local businesses in the area.
They chose the beautiful, historic and reportedly haunted Glengallan Homestead as their venue.
With the history of the venue oozing from every wall there was a wonderfully authentic and charming feel that added to the day, and created spectacular backdrops to the many photos taken by guests intoxicated by the love on show.
Partying the night away there was no evidence of ghosts or ghouls, only a loving group of family and friends who turned their reception venue of Allora Hall into a rocking and rolling room full of love and joy.
It was an absolute pleasure to make the trip from Brisbane to Allora to marry Aaron and his beautiful new wife Ashley.
I thoroughly enjoy travelling when love comes calling and the chance to see these two individuals bring the separate chapters of their life into the same story was worth the effort.
Best wishes to both Aaron and Ashley for a lifetime of wedded bliss!
