What is Indigiscapes

Indigiscapes is a native botanic garden at Capalaba in the Redlands, southeast of Brisbane. There are several gardens showcasing different habitats as well as walking trails, a playground, picnic areas and a cafe and function centre.

Ceremony and Reception

The gardens are ideal for marriage ceremonies. There is a variety of ceremony locations to pick from at Indigiscapes. My favourite is the Formal Garden, but there plenty of places to have your ceremony.

The function centre is available for the reception for your wedding. It has a commercial kitchen with tables and seating for 60 people. Cutlery and crockery are provided. You can bring your own caterers or catering can be arranged for you if you prefer. Food trucks are a popular choice for an Indigiscapes wedding.

The function centre is also a handy backup in case of a wet wedding day. All the ceremony areas are outdoor, so if you’re not having your reception in the function centre, you will need to have a Plan B for a rainy day.

Pet Friendly

Your dog can be part of your Indigiscapes wedding as long as it is on a leash and you have someone to mind it during your ceremony.
